We believe that everybody deserves to enjoy great movement that is not hindered by pain, immobility, stress or injury. Physiotherapists are experts in treating and preventing a range of health conditions that affect your movement and quality of life. At Monty Physio we assess your problematic area, and may look at other potential contributing factors, in order to diagnose and then comprehensively manage your condition.
We have an approach to treatment depending on your individual goals and desired outcomes.
First line physio treatments often using hands on therapy and other physio techniques, along with movement education and self management strategies.
For those who require comprehensive guidance through an injury, rehab or recovery period. This may involved continued treatment in the consultation room, and will always include exercise therapy as a central component to reducing pain and returning to desired activities.
We use pilates inspired exercise, strength training principles, with flexibility/mobility depending on you requirements and goals.
Long term solutions can take time, energy and requires a consistent and appropriate approach. We provide safe and comprehensive full body resistance exercise programs, that leave no stone unturned in achieving a strong, stable pain free body.
We provide physiotherapy services for Montmorency and surrounding suburbs including Greensborough, Eltham, St Helena, Briar Hill, Lower Plenty, Viewbank, Panton Hill, Diamond Creek and surrounds.
